Exes Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are bidding adieu to their marital home in Beverly Hills, California that they recently sold for $5.9 million. The house has been on sale since May, so they are reportedly one step closer to finalizing the last details of their divorce after separating in 2018.
The home has a Hollywood history, having been built in 1950 and owned at one point by the late Carrie Fisher. The house has 5,000 square feet, six bedrooms and six bathrooms, but Dirt is reporting that the home was bought by Sacramento real estate developer Glen Ghomeshi and could undergo extensive renovations or be torn down for a fresh start since the grounds are so valuable. Welcome to the crazy world of LA real estate.
This property has a lot of character, from its three-story main home to the cute art studio in the backyard, it’s the perfect family retreat from the bustle of the city. And the new owners are going to have some swanky neighbors behind the gated community, including Demi Moore, Jessica Alba and Lisa Vanderpump.
Tatum has moved on to a modern farmhouse property in Mandeville Canyon while Dewan is nesting in a gorgeous Encino estate with fiancé Steve Kazee. Don’t miss the insider look at their former home, especially the spot where we think the former dancers probably enjoyed the most on the grounds — and check out more photos at Dirt.

Art Studio
We imagine this was once Jenna Dewan’s dance studio, but this space can be utilized for a variety of purposes.
