Marcia Cross is showing the world that women are fabulous at any age, and that you can accomplish new dreams at anytime (and her runway debut in her 60s proves that)!
On March 1, Cross shut down the runway, and made her sparkling debut at the same time for the brand Vetements. The brand shared a video of her walking the runway to their Instagram with the caption reading, “@ReallyMarcia just closed the @Vetements_Official Autumn-Winter 2024-2025 show at #ParisFashionWeek. 📹: @ThomasGuillemyn. #MarciaCross #Vetements #AW24 #PFW.”
You can see the video HERE!
In the video, we see Cross looking drop-dead gorgeous as she walks down the runway in a sparkling red gown that covers her nearly from head to toe. She looks as fierce as ever as she shows off her catwalk and the showstopping look.
Not only do we love how confident the Desperate Housewives alum looks, but we adore that she made her runway debut at 61 years old.
And in case you didn’t know, she made her modeling debut a year prior!
She made her modeling debut in Farfetch’s spring/summer 2023 campaign, and even talked about the experience for Vogue. Cross revealed that she had to put her ego aside to make her incredible debut. “I had to put my ego away. Because otherwise all I would have been [thinking] is, I’m not this enough, I’m not that enough, I’m not young enough,” she said. “It gave me a lot of freedom to just get that out of the way and just enjoy it and be grateful.”
We love this new era for her, and we seriously can’t wait to see more!
