Looking for a workout that’s a mix of challenging and soothing? Yoga is one of the easiest at-home exercises to try when you want to strengthen your body, up your flexibility and be a bit gentler to your mind (after all, the practice is known to increase strength and beneift people dealing with depression and anxiety).
But if you don’t like to get all bendy and sweaty in a group class (fair!) or can’t make it over to your neighborhood yoga studio for whatever reason (pandemic-included), it doesn’t mean you can’t dedicate some time to practicing yoga at home. Particularly in the year 2021 where remote options for IRL faves are so plentiful.
Thankfully, there are a number of online yoga classes for all levels that are not only free (!) but also streaming online — which allow you to do yoga within the privacy of your own home, when it works for your own schedule, without the crowds of a class.
